Are not included in the tour cost, all that does not list in the tour service and  itinerary like Airfare and transportation expenses not included in the  itinerary, airport taxes, passport or visa fees, photos; travel insurance; excess baggage charges; immunizations, medical services, hospitalization or evacuation costs; personal tips; laundry and other personal items, meals and beverages not stated in trip itineraries; alcoholic beverages and other drinks not on the regular menu. In order to process your request, the Registration form must be filled out completely and returned to us as quickly as possible then we will book your requested schedule, will send to you the detail tour itinerary and the payment procedure. Upon receipt of your confirmation and payment you will recieve all the information for this trip, including maps of archaeological sites and articles of pertinent interest. Back to Top What is the process for cancellation and refunds? Cancellation proceed as following: if it is received in writing 30 days prior to departure will result in a cancellation fee of ￥3000. Cancellations received after 30 days prior to the starting date will not receive a refund.
